THINGS TO CONSIDER when choosing a hosting company..

 
Bandwith:  is the size or amount of people that can plug into your site.
Disk Space: is the size or amount of space within your site.
Site Builder: is the program that you will build your site with, watch the fly by night hosting companies, a poor site builder will limit you greatly.

When your deciding on a web hosting company to host with you need to take your time and look at your options.
 
Prices will very a little but not as much as the billing procedure. Some like to bill you monthly while others will want you to pay for two years of web hosting.
 
I'm not a fan of every two years nor every three months like some companies do.. Me I like every month, one thing you don't have to put so much money up front and another added benefit is that you can turn it off with a push of a button.
 
 One more thing I should say is really look out for the odd companies. They're not as good and their site builders suck! "You can't do anything with them" So go with a popular ones, that's why they are popular and for Heaven sake do not go for the free web hosting "you are wasting your time with them as well...
